Semi-Private Personal Training
Personal training done in a small group format (up to 4 clients per trainer). This serves as the cheaper alternative to 1 on 1 training, while still getting most of the benefits of a private session.
Virtual Personal Training
Personal training done through Zoom to allow for more flexibility. Little to no equipment necessary!
You will receive habit-based nutrition coaching, daily lessons, and weekly strategy check-ins from your nutrition coach.
